Anne and I appreciate the diligence and professionalism with which A-1 Pioneer handled our recent move. Thank you for meeting with us personally to review the process. The advice you gave us saved a lot of time and hassle as we boxed up our things. The crew you provided to assist us worked very hard and were courteous and gracious. We were particularly impressed with the way in which they moved our Steinway grand piano, a family heirloom.

I wanted to call to your attention an act of true customer service performed by Bob Cottrell who is a member of the A1 Pioneer team.

In approx mid-July, I contacted Bekins Moving and Storage for a quote to move from Tooele, UT to Omaha, NE.  I did my due diligence and looked for ratings on the local moving companies. A1 Pioneer was most likely the best, if not the best, based on customer ratings. Bekins then sent Bob Cottrell out on a site survey and I received a price shortly after. I had three estimates from different companies and Bekins was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive. I decided to stay with Bekins based on customer testimonials and outside ratings for A1 Pioneer.

Sometimes value overrides cost. Another reason for my decision was the positive feeling I had after my interaction with Bob the day of the site survey. He explained everything in detail and was a true professional which put me at ease on how my household goods would be handled. I received my estimate from Bekins Corporate and never heard from them again. My house sold quickly here in Utah and the buyers wanted to close quickly which moved my date to have left by 10 days from the original estimate.

I tried to contact Bekins once again to schedule the move. I called three times and sent two emails over a 6 day period and received no response.

Time was short and I had decided to move on to the next company because of the lack of attention from Bekins. I called Bob on a whim and he requested I give him a little time so he could look into the issue for me.

He called me almost hourly providing updates. Approx 2 1/2 hours later Bekins Corporate called to apologize, schedule my move and get things moving. And once again Bob called me twice to follow up to ensure I had received contact from Bekins and that I was satisfied with the schedule.

I cannot express to you enough my gratitude and my thanks for the outstanding performance by the members of your team. I think we as a society have come to accept mediocre customer service until we actually receive outstanding service such as your company and Bob provided to me.

Bob set the standard of customer service for all to emulate. I have made many moves throughout my career as a civilian employee for the Dept of Defense. Moves are stressful enough but with the service I have received to
this point in this move, I am confident this will be the best move of them all.

My apologies for the length of this email but I just had to recognize Bob Cottrell and your company. My thanks to the entire team at A1 Pioneer and I look forward to my move to Omaha. My regards.

I cannot express to you how pleased I was with Victor, Hector and Eduardo on my move last week. They were incredibly hard working all day long, quick, courteous and very professional. Even their attention to detail on placement of items was a plus, showing they cared about our satisfaction. They are all so terrific, and I hope that they are regularly recognized for being so stellar.

I had to already share a quick review on Yelp, since that is the source I often use to find vendors, of course offering 5 stars.
