Merger Announcement

A1 Pioneer Moving & Storage and Two Man Movers & Storage have recently agreed to merge the assets
and employees under a single company “Pioneer Moving and Storage”. With one company rather than
two, Pioneer can capitalize on significant synergies and strengths of the individual companies.

First, experienced leadership personnel remain at both locations. By retaining senior leadership, Pioneer
now boasts over 70 years of combined experience within the management team alone. Experience in
moving counts, as our movers average over 10 years experience.

Next, this merger allows diversification of storage locations. The existing A1 Pioneer’s warehouse,
located in Roy, Utah, brings professional, vaulted storage to a new level. The Two Man warehouse
located in Salt Lake City offers a mix of vaulted storage and racking for complex medical equipment.
“The physical difference in location yields a best-case scenario for our customers,” remarked Jason
Bagley, owner and CEO of Pioneer Moving and Storage. “We can now minimize the travel time and cost
for customers by offering a Salt Lake City and a Weber County location.”

Finally, Pioneer now employs 4 seasoned salespeople, including Mike Simmons who led growth within
Two Man Movers and Storage over the last 10 years. “I envision a responsive sales team who know how
to meet customer needs through innovative, cost-effective moving techniques,” said Mike. Our
salespeople worked for years as movers; they understand what is required to estimate the cost of a
move and offer tips to reduce costs.

Pioneer Moving and Storage now offers a full compliment of moving services, from local to international
moves. We continue to support our military personnel with our proximity to the Hill Air Force Base.
